All dye work is accepted with the understanding that KNITWEAR DOCTOR” is not liable or responsible for:
1.Shrinkage-may be a half a size or more. 
2.Undyeable fibers - i.e. polyester, acetate, nylon, etc. 
3.Hidden construction defects- i.e. improperly sewn seams. 
4.Unforeseen conditions created by previous servicing. 
5.Stains/Spots treated by customer or cleaner prior to dyeing. 
6.Stains/Spots prior to and after dyeing. 
7.Thread used to sew the garments may be polyester & will not accept the new color. Zipper fabrics may also be polyester. 
8.Incorrect or lack of fiber identification by manufacturer. 
9.Buttons may or may not take the dye.
